At Healthy Smiles we strive to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. We see patients with many different types of insurance plans. Even if we are out of network with your insurance, we will still file your claim on your behalf, as most insurances will still pay out of network benefits towards your treatment. We accept ALL insurances, even if we are not in network! We will still submit claims to your insurance on your behalf as a convenience to you. We have many patients who have a dental insurance we are not in network with. We would still love to be your dental home. Many insurances have out of network coverage that is comparable to their in-network coverage, and we also offer discounts for our patients that may have an insurance we are not in network with, or for patients who do not have dental insurance.
We understand that dental treatment can be expensive, and we strive to have incredibly competitive fees for our services while maintaining the highest quality of care. We do offer third party financing options to all our patients for them to receive the most ideal treatment possible while taking into consideration personal budgets and finances.

- Cash or Check: Always accepted.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
- iCreditWorks: Apply online (www.icreditworks.com) or in our office.
- Proceed Finance: Apply online (www.proceedfinance.com) or in our office.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. It is the patient’s responsibility for the fees charged by our office, but we always try to give you an accurate estimate of what your specific insurance plan will cover. We also can do a predetermination with your insurance provider to find out for certain what exactly they will cover. If there is a portion of the treatment that the insurance provider refuses to cover then the patient may be responsible for the remaining balance. WE always will do everything in our power to maximize the use of your insurance benefits and give information specific to your plan to prevent any surprises when it comes to insurance.
